ABOUT OUR FOUNDER
Toby Ebarb, raised in Prescott AZ, founded Legacy Roofing in 2009. Toby brings over 30 years of experience in the roofing industry to Legacy Roofing. After having been raised in Prescott, Toby Ebarb founded Badger Roofing in Prescott in 1994. He then grew the company to be the largest in Northern Phoenix and sold it in 2006.
Toby took advantage of the years between the sale of Badger Roofing in 2006 and the start-up of Legacy Roofing in 2009 to spend time with his family—his wife of 29 years, Nancy, and their six children.
Toby is experienced in all roofing applications—whether new construction or remodel projects—and specializes in leak detection. Toby believes that being personally accessible to his clients is of utmost importance, and his first priority is to exceed customer expectations. Toby remains committed to establishing Legacy Roofing as a benchmark local business of integrity, value, service, and commitment to every customer.

After 43 years of roofing, Toby has experienced most types of roofing and roofing projects. He has been licensed in and performed construction roofing projects in 6 different states. His hobbies include golf, chess, and the joy of his 6 children starting their careers and giving him many grandchildren.
Joshua Hormer
General Manager
After serving 8 years in the U.S. Army 2nd RANGER Battalion (75th RANGER Regiment), Josh spent just under a decade as a defense contractor holding upper level leadership positions for several large programs. He is a former small business owner specializing in operations management, process optimization, organizational leadership, business start-ups, and corporate turnarounds. When not at work, Josh is a devoted family man to his wife of 16 years and three children. He enjoys hiking, hunting, and numerous other outdoor activities.
Cory Pizzio
Supervisor
Having worked in all forms of roofing application for over 15 years, Corey joined the Legacy Roofing ranks as a supervisor 5 years ago. When not on a roof, Cory is guaranteed to be enjoying the outdoors and high speeds on his dirt bike.
Daniel Torres
Supervisor
Daniel Torres brings extensive roofing expertise to Legacy Roofing, with experience spanning both commercial and residential projects. From new builds to repairs and replacements, Daniel’s in-depth knowledge ensures every job is executed with precision and quality. As a supervisor, he plays a critical role in overseeing projects and maintaining the high standards Legacy Roofing is known for.
Logan Hormor
Purchasing Agent
Logan served 4 years in the U.S. Army as a medic in the 75th Ranger Regiment as well as The 4th Ranger Training Brigade. He has been involved with carpentry since the age of 10, and has also run the gambit doing concrete. He has assisted in the opening and running of multiple start-up companies and is now honing his skills in the roofing industry. When Logan is not at work, you can find him in his garage woodworking, riding his motorcycle, or in the gym.

Sales, Service, Warranty
Joe has over 30 years of experience in all facets of roofing, over 20 years as an installer, and then transitioned into sales. Outside of his work at Legacy, Joe enjoys spending time with his family and loved ones.
Tony Begay
Sales Representative
Tony brings three years of residential sales experience to the Legacy Roofing team. Outside of his work with us, he’s passionate about fishing, shooting, lifting weights, and spending time with his family.
Cristy Eller
Financial Controller
Cristy brings over 25 years of accounting expertise to Legacy Roofing, ensuring the financial health and smooth operation of the company. She handles budgeting, financial planning, and accurate reporting, providing a strong foundation for Legacy Roofing’s continued growth. Outside of work, Cristy is an active mom who enthusiastically supports her son year-round in baseball and other sports, balancing her professional and personal life with dedication and care.
Scott Bashaar
Lead Roofing Consultant
Scott brings over 25 years of sales expertise to Legacy Roofing, where he leads and supports the entire consultant team through coaching and mentorship. In addition to guiding the team, Scott personally provides detailed roof estimates to customers, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care. He is also deeply involved in the community, supporting charitable events such as cornhole tournaments, poker nights, golf outings, and other fundraising efforts.
Drew Zanga
General Manager
Drew oversees the day-to-day operations of Legacy Roofing, ensuring every project is completed with the highest level of quality and efficiency. As General Manager, he leverages his expertise in the CRM platform ServiceTitan to create streamlined processes that lead to consistent customer satisfaction. Married to Sydney and a proud father of two beautiful girls, Drew balances his professional dedication with a strong commitment to his family. His leadership and attention to detail are key to Legacy Roofing’s success.
